The work done to the roof and gutters were fine, however it was all overshadowed by them ignoring my texts asking about this and that for days and weeks. They would respond almost right away whenever I would say something was done well, but then radio silence whenever I had an issue(s). So for that, I don't think anything above 2 stars would suffice.

I recently had Ernie Smith @ Sons Roofing perform a roof inspection for a new home I was purchasing and Carl the owner did a great job as the report was extremely thorough including pictures and was instrumental in getting the seller to make the necessary repairs. I would also like to give a shout out to Julia in the office for her help in coordinating the inspection and keeping me up to date from start to finish!
