AWESOME Job EPC I've taken my vehicle to Ernie Patti Collision many times, both for collision repair as well as engine repair. I've always had a great experience. They communicate with me directly through the entire process. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and go above an beyond to assure that I am happy with the work. It's the only place I go and trust knowing I'll always be taken care of no matter what my needs are.
RecommendedThey just fixed my 2017 Chevy Sonic. which was hit while parked and had quite a lot of front damage. Awesome job, my car looks and drives like brand new. They are professional and courteous, from front desk to mechanic Steven. They kept me updated almost daily, they completed job a day early and they cleaned my car which had some sort of sticky tree sap all over it...and they vacumed it. I hope to never need their services again but if so I wouldn't hesitate to go there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
These guys are very respectful polite and helpful...I didn't feel rushed ore pressured I didn't feel like I was in the way like I do at most shops. I will definitely be returning in the future for ANY auto work I may need. Nice folks I felt comfortable and welcome.

My car has been in the shop for about a week, working off two different claims (damage on the front on my own insurance, and damage on the back from someone who rear ended me) I have been working with Josh and he has truly been going above and beyond to keep me updated and deal with a relatively difficult situation with my car. He has truly exceeded my expectations of service. I highly recommend.
I just wanted to thank Josh and the rest of the staff at EP....I heard about them on the radio and needed my car looked at...They did a diagnostic test and it would be more $$$ than its worth to repair.. I thank you for your help and will always keep in mind of EP if and when I need and repairs or collison work...HONESTY is a big deal to me and past repair shops (who I wont name but should) had just takin be for a ride and werent honest.
