Called Ernie on a good recommendation. Needed our couple years old furnace to be checked out because the heat wasn't circulating. Made an assessment (~$XX00-"thermostat controller"), and after about 3 visits, we were up and running (it was initially running to just the lower levels - Main and Split Level, but not the upper floors floors after the initial visit).
