I was introduced to Ernest from a realtor buddy in Bakersfleld. He told me to work with someone who knew the market. I was looking to purchase a second home on the central coast. Ernest meet me two times and was prepared, showing me homes in my price range. Once we decided on a home he was very helpful and kept me updated on all escrow matters. Ernie’s the BEST. As a family with a very tight budget, no other realtors gave us the time of day. Ernie worked his butt off for us. He took me to see anything I wanted to see even if I was just morbidly curious about a crazy mess of a house. He never let me give up on a dream i didn’t even feel like I was allowed to believe in. Ernie is an absolute delight.
