I saw Dr. Swanson at the VA. I had really bad migraines and a plethora of problems, and he was supposed to help get to root cause. Instead, he said I had “hormonal headaches”, put a super vague note in my chart and sent me with 3 meds that he explained nothing about. I didn’t take them because I felt unsafe. He was very caring, he always ask how you was doing & he cared about what you said. I could go in needing some information & he gave it to me or made sure I got it.
