Stone got lose, and I had to reset it, I still have not gotten my ring back he is trying to give me an inferior ring which is not mine, and to make things even worse, he has tried to give me yet a 2nd bogus ring that is not mine. Beware!!! Brought in my great grandfathers ring because I needed it re-sized. I am getting married and I was switching hands. All I wanted was a simple resizing and this god-awful place nearly destroyed my ring. They called me back about a week after I had dropped off the ring for resizing. No joke, they handed me back my ring with a stone missing!
