bad experience to the children he speaks to them with rudeness and despot
Dr Nunez is a horrible doctor!!!!! He will lie to you and your spouse’s face then tell his staff to dodge you! He is not for the patient but what he believes!! BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
My children's pediatrician since they were born (13, 10, 8). Excellent doctor. My children feel very comfortable with him. Definitely recommend. I have never left out of his office having doubts about my children's health or unanswered questions.
I could not get passed the front office staff; they refused to see my 17 month old grandson who had a fever on a Friday night because he had not been assigned a Medicaid number yet. I offered to PAY CASH and they still refused my grandson healthcare. I thought we were moving forward for better care for ALL PATIENTS in this country!
Dr.Nunez has been my 3 kids pediatrician since birth. His staff is a different story. Customer service is very poor. Place you on hold up to 30 min. only to hang up on you. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional when speaking to you as a parent. And when the doctors make you question whether your child has received the best possible treatment...? We will only see Dr. Nunez or Dr. Terán. Anyone else is questionable in my opinion. Not what you expect when you bring in a sick child.
My experience in this clinic has been excellent with the doctors but the receptionist Estela is highly disrespectful and impolite. She treats the clients in an inpertenent manner and is very rude towards others. I have had three unpleasant experiences with her.
Doctors are great. Front desk staff/ Kimberly is very unprofessional! They will quickly answer to just keep placing you on hold. Tried calling twice in one week and never got through. Gave up and hung up after waiting for 15 to 30 minutes. Don't know why I decided to come back when the front desk is the reason I changed drs!!!!
