He didn't listen to me and I felt extremely rushed. I was on time for my appointment but waited for quite some time to be seen. It’s common for medical offices to run behind but that isn’t what upset me. I was upset by being rushed through my appointment and him not listening. I was literally walking out the room and while still explaining my issue. I was also a new patient. It was my first visit with him and will be my last. The ladies at the front desk were fine but I won't be going back.

I had my left hip arthroscopy about 3,5 years ago. Dr. Luciano was absolutely amazing. From the first visit till my final post-op visit, both my husband and I were impressed. I couldn't walk 20 ft or sit for more than 20 min without excruciating pain. Standing was even worse. I know I need to have my right hip fixed as well and will go to Dr.Luciano without hesitation. It's hard to believe I went to the same Dr as the negative comments and had the absolute polar opposite experience! Would highly recommend him to anyone.
