Office staff and Dr’s assistants were very pleasant. Dr Bustinza took his time with me and explained next steps. The office area was extremely clean and there was even a cleaning crew present. my appointment on Friday, October 24 went well however I did not see Dr Bustinza nor the PA Courtney all I saw was an assistant. It would be nice if I pay for a specialist to see the specialist once in a while. But I do thank you for treating me and I am cancer free
New at office staff was awesome and attentive especially Courtney thank you for the updated and thank you Dr Buztinza
My appt was 10:30, I didn't end up leaving til 12:30. Ridiculous! And didn't even see the Dr. An assistant gave me my results. She was super nice. But my time is valuable as well. They would charge me if I made them wait 2 hrs. This is the 2nd time they've done this
Dr. B was very compassionate and through in my first visit. I had my final immunotherapy Friday. My experience with FCS has always been what I needed. The lab staff are genuinely caring. The office staff were helpful and responsive to my needs. 4 more years and I'll be cancer free.
Excellent doctor, I really recommend him
