Pierce Co saved my but twice. When I purchased a town home in 2017, the seller tried to get an extra $5,000 out of me after he had already accepted my offer. When I refused, the seller tried to employ delay tactics so I would get frustrated and cancel the deal. Pierce & Co held firm and dealt with the seller's shenanigans, so I didn't have to.
