Dr. Knight was the best dentist in Franklin. I also saw him in August when I was up here from Florida. He said nothing other than his usual, "if you need me, you know where to find me." I have just come to town, and I need him - not there. Where are my records now? I was not informed that he was closing down, and I need my records.

Great Dentist. I am concerned and unsure of what is going on as I had an appointment on 08-26-2014. Called on 09-16-2014 to pay the balance on my account and there is a recording saying Dr. Knight retired as of 09-05-2014 and if you wanted your Dental records they had to be picked up between 09-02-2014 through 09-04-2014? By the time I called (09-16-2014) that time had passed. As stated, I had just had my six month cleaning on 08-26-2014 and nothing was mentioned. I just pray all is ok. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
