I called 3 times, someone said “Hello” with an attitude, I asked if it was Dr.Robinsons office because the way she answered the phone threw me off. She hung up, I called back twice and she picked up the phone and hung it up. I then went to get an eye exam because the website says “Walk-ins welcome” as soon as I walked in she says “we don’t take walk ins” my time wouldn’t have been wasted if she would’ve done her job and answered the phone and answered my questions professionally. Terrible customer service.
THE RECEPTIONIST NEEDS TO GO!!
I love Dr. Robinson and the ladies in the office. They are quick, efficient, and I really appreciate having their service in my neighborhood.

When I went in for my eye exam on June 7th, things went well. Dr. Robinson was kind and thorough. I selected my frames and was told that I’d be notified when the glasses were ready.
