My children and I like this practice. I never had any issues.
I called 3 times, someone said “Hello” with an attitude, I asked if it was Dr.Robinsons office because the way she answered the phone threw me off. She hung up, I called back twice and she picked up the phone and hung it up. I then went to get an eye exam because the website says “Walk-ins welcome” as soon as I walked in she says “we don’t take walk ins” my time wouldn’t have been wasted if she would’ve done her job and answered the phone and answered my questions professionally. Terrible customer service.
