Very positive! Extremely caring, compassionate, personable, and caring.
Do not make an appointment with this doctor. I was told in early January that the earliest appointment was in March. I made the appointment and I received a call a week prior canceling the appointment by his office w/ no reason other than "he's not available"... the next available appointment wasn't until may 26th !! Have we arrived @ socialized medicine now. We are just expected to wait and wait and then just wait some more and no canceling reason even needs to be given. Dr. Cimino fixed my earlobe after it tore over the years from earrings and he was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and he put me at ease throughout the entire procedure! He has an incredible bedside manner and compassionate demeanor, and he was extremely thorough in his post-op instructions and education. I’m two weeks post-op, and you wouldn’t know that I just had surgery — it looks fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend him! Thank you so much, Dr. Cimino!
Dr Gugnani is my mother’s pulmonologist. He has been seeing her for more than ten years. When she was 29 years old she had tuberculosis (before they had a cure for it) and the lower lobe of her left lung was removed. As a result of this, she developed COPD later in life. No one in her family has lived beyond age 90 but today my mother is living in her own home and is going to turn 99 in six months. I never even got to see the doctor because the scheduling was so terrible. I made an appointment three months in advance then sometime later was told my appointment moved from the office to the hospital, which was inconvenient but fine. Only, then a few weeks later I received a call to schedule when I had previously been told I was already scheduled for the hospital location. Now I have to wait another three months because it seems they forgot to actually schedule me, which is ridiculous. I will likely just cancel and see so... read more
Awful! Reschedule your appointments for no reason. Told me my referral had expired the day before my appointment. Was told he no longer is taking my insurance starting the beginning of the year and I’m pretty sure this is the reason they continued to cancel my appointments without cause. They were basically trying to get rid of me. Felt horrible, never experienced this in my life.

I highly recommend Dr. Cimino. He is very positive, intelligent and professional.
Dr. Cimino was very considerate of my need and gave me the help that I needed. Even though it was a minor condition, he treated me with the care and compassion that was very comforting.
