Everything went smoothly from the time I walked through the door.
I had a pleasant and professional experience. From the receptionist, the medical assistant and Dr. Han. I even had help from someone I did not know. I was more than completely satisfied.
Dr Han was very thorough in explaining all the procedures and processes to me. His bed side manner was very kind. I enjoyed having him as a kidney spec. I didn’t leave his office with one question not answered. Today, I needed more procedures done. His office was very quick getting them scheduled for me. I appreciate their expediting the appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Han and his office to any of my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Han!
