Very good local coffee shop.y flat white was very tasty, the donut tasted fresh and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
I ordered an iced mocha and it was delicious! The coffee quality was good and the service was efficient.
While my experience of Ernest Coffee is limited to a single visit and drink, based off that alone I can give it a 5-star rating. The interior design is very cool, mixing together the vibes of a library and an old-school wooden building. The staff are down-to-earth and eager to help. This place is awesome. They have a great iced vanilla latte. Also the music is loud but great! The vibes are so good. Some of the best coffee in Palm Springs and it’s attached to the tiki bar next door which is also awesome
