I went a few years ago and recently. The staff has changed, and I always ask for specific assistance whom are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and good teacher. IMO the staff is better than it was a few years back. I would now recommend them.
He doesn't truly care about his patients. Stephanie that worked there years ago was very disrespectful and Farabee sided with her. Don't expect much of anything from him.
Dr.Farabee is a great orthodontist ! Truly love him but I wouldn’t dare recommend him to anyone because of the simple fact the receptionist who answers the phone has attitudes & also never answers & says there are no available appointments until like next year that’s pathetic ! people are willing to pay but those ladies run everyone off .
Dr farabee is great but the front office staff will not take any initiative to help the patients. For example insurance, you have to stay on them about filling insurance they will not call you to find out information to bill you insurance for you not will they call you if there is any other problem. They will just wait for you to come in and say something about it then. Numerous times they have not even pulled my folder so i can be seen until it was brought to their attention.
I would recommend Dr. Farabee to anyone. He is a very nice man, he knows how to make his patients feel comfortable. When I went to him, I was extremely nervous and he talked to me like he had known me for years and helped me calm down.
