I have to see Dr Bhend 2-3 times a year, it’s always refreshing to see the same competent and friendly staff from the front desk to advanced testing and through the whole office. Dr Bhend is extraordinary and caring and Karen, the optician, is warm, caring, and funny, always working diligently to fine-tune an eyeglass prescription to get a little bit better each time. They’re all so helpful.
