Isaac made the whole process so easy! Quick to answer, super communicative, and genuinely wanted me to get the apartment. Everything went smoothly, and he was flexible with my start date, which made the experience even better.
This place is extremely unprofessional, they reach out to ask if I am available for a viewing after confirming 6:15 with the agent, Samuel, he never shows up! I emailed him when I initially arrived and decided to call at 6:20 after there was no response. The line was dead after another 10 minutes I decide to ring the bell and see if I get any type of response, nothing there either. TLDR: Robert was a dream broker to work with, and I’d highly recommend him. I meant to write this review ages ago, but just realized I never did! Robert was my broker in August 2022, and he was very responsive and helpful. We met to see a studio near Prospect Park, and after I saw it and realized I wanted a bit more space, he respectfully asked if I wanted to see a 1-bedroom next door that was about to go on the market — it was my dream place and had everything I wanted!
