We feel incredibly blessed to have called Ermineskin Place our home when we first arrived in Edmonton last year. Moving to a new city can be overwhelming, but this place made the transition so much smoother for us. The unit we moved into was newly renovated, modern, and exceptionally clean — everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, making it a truly comfortable space to settle into. Nice place to live and work
To the one who said their prices went up as others went down.... Sir Williams place for 2 bedroom and 200-400 sq ft LESS in space is 1669.00!! So HIGHER in rent less in space and I personally had someone steal a pkg fromy door then return the box.... WITH HUMAN FECES INSIDE OF IT!!!! so not sure where your information came from, but I'm so very HAPPY I moved here 5 months ago!!!! Lived in MANY Bwalk properties. I've been living here since 2020 and very happy to call this home after losing my mother she was my world. The staff especially landscaper Joel is amazing. One time I bought a watersled for my son and we needed a hose. It was 330 and Joel's time to sign out. They apologized as they didn't have any stafff. Next thing I know he comes around with the hose. He made the kids very happy. We played to our hearts content. Thank you guys. We have amazing neighbors as well. Lovely community
Old building but maintained very well compared to the age.... Definitely recommending the only suggestion is that hallways are too dark even though all the lights were on...
