What makes Ermanno's Better? Our dough is homemade. We make our dough every day but we don't stop there like most "Always Fresh" pizza places. Our dough is allowed two to three days in order for it to ferment and get a rich flavor. It is then brushed with extra virgin olive oil infused with fresh garlic. RecommendedWe just moved to Louisville and decided to give this place a try and they were great! The chicken was the best chicken I’ve had in a long time. I liked that they are still only doing curbside rather than having customers come in. My dog also gives them two paws up since the woman that brought our food to us gave her a doggie biscuit. This will definitely be our go to place for pizza and chicken!
Ermanno’s Pizza is our favorite place to order pizza, sub sandwich’s & more. They have great food & reasonable prices. Not only are they great for their food, it’s great place to work. My son has worked there for a few months now & Chris is an AMAZING boss. Two thumbs up! 👍🏼 👍🏼

Hands down, the BEST boneless wings I've ever had and great pizza as well. My wife and I ordered for the first time last week just to try something new and we were totally blown away. The pizza is definitely the best in town and these wings are amazing. They're fresh, crispy, and loaded with sauce. Just placed our second order and we will definitely be back. Thanks Ermanno's!
