Dr. Erma Benitez is the worst dermatologist I've ever encountered. She demonstrates a complete lack of concern for her patients. she prescribed me strong antibiotics for a whole month based solely on some photos of my skin, without bothering to conduct a proper diagnosis. When I questioned why she had prescribed such a potent medication without even speaking to me, the nurse simply replied, "Well, you mentioned rosacea, so the doctor thought we should try this antibiotics, lets see what happens." I have tried to call for weeks to get an appointment and no one answers or returns voicemails to calls. The one time I spoke to someone they put me on hold for over10 mins and never returned to the line or called me back. Dont waste your time with them at all! They are beyond unprofessional!
