I'm not a big fan of buying insurance - the whole thing kinda scares me. Luckily, I'm happy to report that my experience with ERM was fantastic. They're smart, straight-forward, communicative, and found me exactly what I needed. I also loved how quickly they answered all my follow-up questions (and I certainly had many!). I really can't recommend them enough. You know those "insurance salesmen" stereotypes? ERM is the exception!
Called here last week, (took a while to review it, sorry) looking for some new auto insurance, found it on the net, figured what the heck. I called in. They took my info and got back to me with a quote. Now, here's the thing - I hung up and didn't think much about the transaction, and then I realized - That's WHY I have to review them! The call was seamless! It didn't affect my life in a negative way AT ALL. This is good customer service, people.
