Whatever the office tells you, be sure to get it in writing. Been burned twice by the dishonesty of the office over the last 5 years. There's plenty of other places nearby who actually appreciate your business and will do what's right to earn it.
Rat and mice infested! Steer clear of this place. Brought it up to the staff and they didn’t care. If you want to store your stuff in a safe and clean storage? This isn’t the place.
What a fantastic place to store all your extra goods! I have had a wonderful experience storing at this facility and will never look at another facility for my needs. The staff is an absolute treasure to be around. and the facility itself is clean and easy to access. The service is beyond what you would expect from a self service facility and the access to utilities is a nice touch as well. I love being in business with Erle Road Self Storage.
