Thank you so much for taking such great care of Lex and Honey for the past year or so when we traveled. We are moving back to Texas and know that our girls will miss you guys. I always felt confident that they were well taken care of.
Love Erlanger Pet Resort. Gracie goes to the great vets, has been to daycare, boarding and grooming. EVERYONE there are the best, no complaints at all, ever
I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff is absolutely wonderful. It's a great outlet for my puppy who would otherwise be cooped up in the house while I'm at work! Thank you so much for all that you do ❤️
Read the fine print! Just got back from picking up our dog from here and was informed that because I wasn't there by noon I would be charged a full extra day ($50!) - for less than 2 hours. I understand it is in the fine print, but a full day for 2 hours seems a bit obnoxious. I could totally understand an hourly fee or some sort of smaller charge, but that is out of control, especially considering we just had our dog there a few weeks back for 8 days and did the full grooming etc... 1st experience today for a "puppy cut & full grooming" for my miniature Yorkie. Christina did an excellent job, just what I asked for, with professionalism & perfection in a very timely manner. And he came out happy without being scared or nervous. A very pleasant experience for both of us. If baby is happy, Mommy is happy! And the entire staff is very accommodating, helpful & friendly! My "Beemer" will be a life-long client. Thank you
