We love this place! They are personal and like a family. They always go the extra mile. When we forgot our dog’s insulin last weekend and were trying to get to the airport, they offered to go pick up insulin for her at Wal-Mart. When we returned to pick up, they had washed both of our dogs beds. The team is incredibly kind and eager to make each boarding experience a good one. The Caddell’s think you guys rock and so do Sam and Keller!
Jax was well taken care of,,,came home happy and exhausted from his day of fun,,,,,
I can not Thank Erlanger Veterinary Hospital enough, esp. Dr Pfaehler, Dr. Schuman, and the staff....along with the quick actions of Erlanger Pet Resort and Day Spa for their life saving actions when my tiny 3 lb. Lexi collapsed while in their care. If not for them, she would not be with me today. I can not stress how grateful I am for their quick response and loving care they gave her during her stay.
