If there were anyway to leave something less than a 1 star, TRUST ME I would post it!!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR HEALTH SAKE!!! I do NOT UNDERSTAND how the place is still in business! Ringgold, you have dropped to an all time low for allowing the business to be a part of the Ringgold community!!! First, when I made the appointment in 2024 it was discussed that I needed to wait till 2025 so that it would be covered as a wellness visit even though I would be new to the practice. On my visit, the nurse added things to my history that were incorrect some information I would have no knowledge of that yet she made it clear that I must have put it in, but she had not made an error. I tried to call and make a new patient appointment because I had only heard good things… when I called it was a different story. I spoke to an employee named Sydney who was very rude and seemed annoyed with simply answering the phone. I ended the call before making an appointment. I am very disappointed because I MYSELF work as a receptionist at a doctors office and have been for 5 years. I just wanted treatment and I’m a little let down because when I reached out for an appointment, it was a negative experience.
