This office used to be great but the new office staff is ignorant. Dr Peter's MA makes up her own responses. I have been a patient of Dr Peter's since she started and I am now changing to a new provider because of the poor office staff. Listening to loud music in computer when patients are checking in, they do not say their name when answering the phone and if you ask they give you an attitude. I have had an amazing experience seeing Dr. Caylie Peters. She always makes me feel respected and listened to and is prompt to call or message me on MyChart when I have questions or need assistance with prescriptions. Would definitely recommend her and this office!
Trying to schedule an appointment here is so stupid. Why are you asking my life history before checking if there's even a doctor available to see me? Why is the first question you ask about me as a person whether I'm taking a restricted prescription or whatever they called it? Why do you have such an attitude with me for asking a basic question? I would never go here because they obviously don't care about you as a person and they obviously don't do things in a way that makes logical sense. I expected so much better from erl... read more
Dr Haddock took me on during covid at the request of specialist in another office. At the time due to covid he really want taking new patient's but thankfully he took me on and has been great ever since.
