I had the most disturbing experience with Erlanger Primary Care. New to the area I chose Erlanger Primary Care for my family doctor. My new patient experience was a total disappointment and a concern about Erlanger’s Primary Care health services. Dr. Steele is AMAZING!!! She really took the time to get to know me and helped me with everything I needed!!
I don’t have much of anything good to say about this doctors office. The receptionists are rude and aren’t actually there to help you solve your needs. The male doctor there made fat jokes to my daughter while she was there telling her he bets she’s hungry and said she must love her carbs. They add on services that put more money in their pockets but leave you struggling. I suggest you go to a doctor that will actually listen to your needs and pains and offer solutions, unlike Erlanger primary care.
The staff are absolutely amazing here, especially Dr Dylan O’Neal! They don’t waste your time, and there are very careful to address your every need. I cannot suggest him enough!
I went here hoping to find a good in network doctor. I reported having chest pain, tiredness, fatigue, etc. every time I went in. Always told that it was just because I am a young woman and still considered postpartum (over time it never went away but got worse). I looked back in mychart and realized that it wasnt even documented though I distinctly brought it up.
