I have been using this specific storage unit for a year now and I will say it is one of the best I've experienced. I love how I can pay online with no issues or have autopay that pays automatically on the day my bill is due. They are very responsive and respectful and send out disclosures of when they won't be in office and when you can contact them. I will be using this place until I move :)
Eaton Rapids Secure Storage has been a wonderful place to store some of my most precious things. The staff are personable and are willing to help in times of need. I appreciate the ability to have a conversation with the staff. I will continue to store my items there!
Moving my stuff in was easy and convenient. I did it all online the same day. Couldn’t have been easier. And they supply the locks. I am using a small one and appreciate the height of it.
