Great service an extremely nice people that work there. Found a coupon on Groupon. And I'm glad I did.
They did a great job at helping me get an appointment today. I didn't have one scheduled, and Heather called me back and got me in today. She was very helpful, and patient, and got me exactly what I was looking for! I would recommend this location.

I really enjoyed the place as a whole. The eye doctor was very kind and nice. The woman, Heather, who helped me pick out my glasses was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of advice and her knowledge about the glasses I was trying on. Erker's treated my like family. From the eye exam through my final fitting, everyone was fantastic. Heather went above and beyond to make sure that my visit was enjoyable and that my vision needs were fully met. Theresa is simply the best! She made my overall experience very pleasant. Although some of the eyewear seemed high, it is called Erkers fine eyewear for a reason. I figure if Im going to be wearing these everyday, then Im going to invest in a good pair of glasses that I love. I will be coming back for sunglasses in the future.
