Bad experience. In excruciating back pain. Nursing staff great but doctors failed miserably. I was there hours taking every test known to man. Nothing given for pain until I was ready to leave. And that was only gabapentin, only relieved pain about a half hour then I called trying to get prescription dosage increased but the only way to do that was to go back to emergency room. Pharmacy suggested acute care but they only prescribe ibuprofen. So I'm going to spend another exorbinate amount of money to b told to take aspirin. ... read more
I went to this ER because my doctor recommended it because of a certain treatment that I was taken and due to the fact that the previous day I had a heart attack due to a blood clot breaking up. This place was crazy crazy busy in the ER. I felt that the nursing staff was okay. I understand sum of them weren't all that compassionate and I believe it's because they were totally overworked. Waiting 7 hrs in er for spine pain. Had to lay on floor and was told to get off floor.could not sit because I was in so much pain.no help what so ever.not even a place to lie down or any meds given.drs and staff not passionate or caring for patients. Will never return.
Last day here I want to shower CNA will mpt help me.Asked if I want to wait till some one in my family comes to help me??? Isn't that her job?
