I dealt with Mark Maguire at Erinwood Ford when I decided to buy a new Bronco, my experience while negotiating and finding the perfect car for myself was exceptional, between Mark and Brad I could not have asked for better service. Terrible experience at Ford Erinwood—especially because of one sales rep, Michael Maguire. His attitude was rude, cold, and unprofessional from the start. What made it worse was how he spoke and behaved in front of my son. As a customer, that’s simply not acceptable. Even if Ford was the last car brand I’d ever consider, I would never buy from this dealership—and definitely not from this guy. If I ever decide to go with a Ford, I’ll make sure to deal with a completely different dealership.
Great service, salesman, and financing. We traveled almost 200 kms because it was the best deal and Mike Macguire was the most honest salesman I dealt with.
James offered me the best service. He was honest, kind, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he come in on his day off to assist, he ensured all my questions were answered, and he ensured I made a confident decision. This young gentleman has a bright future ahead!
