My experience with Erin DeGracia, NP at Optum Vista was extremely disappointing. When I asked about my previous provider who left the practice, she was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, she avoided answering my questions and continually interrupted me when I tried to speak. On top of that, the wait times were very long, which only added to the frustration. Overall, I felt disrespected and unheard—this is not the kind of patient care anyone deserves.
We had such a wonderful experience with Erinn Degracia, NP. She was incredibly patient, kind, and had a great sense of humor that really helped put my mom and dad at ease. What stood out the most was how willing she was to truly listen. Something that means so much when caring for an older patients. It's always a pleasure to see her. Her nurse was also exceptionally kind and caring, which made the entire visit feel comfortable and supportive. We’re grateful for the compassionate care they both provide!
Erinn is exactly what I love & want in a practitioner. Knowledgeable & thorough, yet warm, approachable, & with the most exceptional bedside manner.
