Dr Makar is a good doctor. Unfortunately she’s busy and sometimes the visits feel rushed or under pressure of time. The first point of contact - reception - is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in health care. Poor communication, very bad attitude, lack of general skills. I wholeheartedly agree with other reviews online on this dimension of this clinic (bad reception). If Dr. Makar wants patients to be in her care (and never step out of her practise), then her receptionist should do a better job planning and booking... read more
I had a great experience at Eringate Clinic. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Makar was extremely attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to help me properly. I was well cared for.
My sister saw Dr. Samy Beshay for a minor infection. She is in her first trimester pregnant and was prescribed a topical. Both doctor and pharmacist confirmed it was safe to use during pregnancy. Once prescribed, the label CLEARLY STATED OTHERWISE and upon calling her OB, she was furious to learn that my sister was prescribed something 100% NOT SAFE to use during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester. Always have the best experience at this clinic. Dr. Makar and Dr. Beshay are very professional and the front staff are easy to talk to.
