I came in with a numb and painful hand that’s been keeping me up at night, (probably because a previously broken wrist). The doctor did not examine the hand, the doctor did not ask about my level of pain, the doctor said just wear a brace at all times like that was a practical solution. She said she would refer me to a specialist but provided zero details. Nothing to manage the pain. The entire apartment took all of 4 minutes after a 2 hour wait. Very disappointed with the outcome and feel it was a total waste of my time.

Front end staff overworked and under trained. Like most clinics nowadays, the Drs and Admin don’t care about clients because, why should they?
This place is a shame to healthcare providers! Extremely rude front staffs, and the manager lady doesn’t know any courtesy. Sheredin, you big time suck!
Myself and my wife have been visiting this clinic for nearly 5 years now. We have found front desk and nursing staff very polite and respectful. Our family doctor Dr. Balbir Chhina is par excellence. We have always considered ourselves in safe hands while in this clinic.
