Unhappy experience from me. Firstly thanks for calling for a reassessment for my cat as we did our exam here before. However, I was not told to pay any amount for this service so I was expecting it is a regular reassessment from our last exam. Until we finished our service and left, we were told to pay. I understand any service should be paid if it’s a new service, but I think customers have rights to know whether this is included from our last payment and how much it is. The reception staff and assistants are always very kind and helpful. Have had a great experience taking our cat here for the past few years. Glad to have such a knowledgeable and caring vet like Dr. Wiks. The recent renovations look great as well.
