I have been coming here for years, as far as 2012 when I had ferrets. It is amazing to see how much Dr. Jone's has grown this facility and employed so many people. I have continued service here with all my animals. Always taken great care of, facility is clean and staff is friendly.
I don’t typically leave bad reviews. And honestly I have LOVED this clinic and if you would have asked me two weeks ago who I would recommend for a vet clinic. It would have been them. I reached out to erindale initially after having an uneasy feeling about 5 years ago after one of my dogs had been diagnosed with a terminal end stage enlarged heart and given approximately 3 months to live by another vet at a different clinic. Erindale Animal Hospital provided compassionate, loving care to our dog, Dori, today, at the end of her life. Our vet and all staff with whom we interacted were kind, loving, and empathic on a day when we experienced a profound loss. Our feelings were valued and honored.
