The scheduling department with this practice is rude and incompetent. When I tried to cancel my father's appointment after he passed, they said "your father's passing is something you just need to deal with on your own" we can't help that.
Dr. Welch was caring about my "superficial" problems and offered immediate solutions. Couldn't be more pleased with her service.
