I came in for a cleaning and cavity filling and left with neither. I provided my Delta Dental info in advance, but wasn’t told they were out of network until after the appointment. When I mentioned I get the treatment insurance pays for, the dentist said, “I’m not your girl.” She also shared frustrations about Delta reimbursement rates but claimed to prioritize patient care — yet I received no care at all. Dr. Flood saw my son first thing on a Monday morning after being hit with a baseball playing college ball the prior Saturday. She was in communication with me over the weekend and was exceptionally gracious and helpful. She isn't our regular dentist but treated us as if we were one of her loyal clients. I appreciate her attention to details, her recommendations for treatment, and overall professionalism. Additionally, her office staff were caring and compassionate with our situation. Dr. Flood is an exceptional Dr. She is THE DR for Dentists and Physicians, if you can imagine how top tier she is in , regards to thoroughness and clinical acuity, The gentle care is provided not just from the Dr , but the staff as well. You walk in the clinic , thinking you are just another mouth -- but you exit with confidently knowing you are person they truly care about .
