Erin Gilbert saved my life !! She found the cancer in my pancreas thank god I advocated for my self and kept pushing for referrals with Ohsu , she even said if I had not advocated it would have killed me !! No thanks to my prior doctors that did blow me off with some pills and that was it … She was caring and compassionate, explained everything answered all my questions and my family’s I would recommend her to anyone with pancreas issues let alone pancreatic cancer , I was sad to find out she left Ohsu but understand she wen... read more
That's a hard no for me. She was condescending and made me feel I was wasting her time and that I'm lying to her, although she had everything on a CT scan. Not to go into details, but first she recommend surgery and when I said "ok," she said "I wouldn't recommend it" so it's a little confusing. Oh and if I want surgery I have to loose weight, mind you I'm just 15 lb over weight. Don't know what weight has to do with it. In the meantime, I have to deal with the discomfort and pain, it seems doctors nowadays don't care about ... read more
Lied to me and told me my "mesh is fine." I told her that I had a referral for emergency surgery from the ohsu ER department and she said... "Hu?" (Direct quote...). And her eyes almost popped out of her head, she was totally in shock and clearly had no clue about it. Then her assistant checked and verified it was true. Then she said "I'm leaving now" (another direct quote). And she got up and left me sitting in an empty room. I had just caught my doctor lying to me about my healthcare.
