I think this is literally my first review but I'm so pleased with the final results. I could go on and on about the work I received. Overall results speak nothing but volume. I had a rebuilt *******. The team was prompt and professional. And as **** stated directly to me. His word is bond. Over joyed and in love with my rebuilt Chimmey. I would def recommend them for the job any day. Erins Tuckpointing did some work on our homes chimney along with other tuckpointing touch up work. ******* the owner was very responsive and knowledgable. He gave a fair quote and his guys were very punctual and thorough. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely once they were done. Would definitely recommend ?? Thank u for the kind review

******* was so easy to work with and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work which we were! He was scheduled and arrived the same week. He contacted us every step of the way, providing pictures and details on what was going on. Our Fireplace looks like new and we couldn't be happier. The site was also cleaned when completed. We would definitely use them again!!! Don't think twice about having them do work on your home...they are fantastic! Thank u for the kind review

**** ****-pointing has just finished another building for us. This is the 3rd building we used them on and STRONGLY RECOMMEND them. They do OUTSTANDING WORK for a fair price. Our buildings look like new again. ******* the owner and his crew takes pride in their work and will go the extra mile to assure everything is done the right way. I contacted ******* and he was very responsive and helpful! He came out same day to give me an estimate on what I needed to have done...a complete chimney tear down on the outside and for it to be rebuilt. Other companies wanted to charge what I paid for a chimney tear down and they only were only repairing things and not rebuilding.The project was started within a week of talking with *******. I received a very reasonable quote on a Sunday and the crew started work on Tuesday. The crew was knowledgeable, professional and polite. ******* is very experienced and identified a bigger problem that we missed with the chimney cap. On July 14, 2025 Erin Tuckpointing replace four chimney spark covers, cleaned the chimney stone and tuckpointed a portion of our chimney. It looks great. We have two built-in stone flower boxes at our home in ********, **. They needed tuckpointed and one large stone cap needed flipped because it had chipped. The **** Team of four completed the job in one day after arriving on time and working well together. The ******* communicated with me very well throughout the day.
