Erin has helped me feel comfortable enough to open up more, but also pushes me out of my comfort zone just enough. She has given me tools to manage my anxiety, and other emotions, while also helping me with some difficult experiences from my past. Erin is caring, patient, and she is very knowledgeable on many mental health issues, and different approaches on how to manage them. I am thankful for her help.
