Just had a 27x7 care video call while waiting at Beaverton Urgent care because wait time here is 5+ hours. I called for an extremely painful backache but was courteous and spoke with a smile, she was extremely rude, inconsiderate and insensitive. Completely judged me. Asked if I was asking her to describe controlled substances when I asked if she could get me some pain killers while I await. Judged me wrong thought I was looking for drugs. Always hurts my feelings when I get docters like this it makes me want to avoid going to docters and taking care of my self .
