I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for purple highlights and was initially happy with how they looked, but the color faded almost completely after a second wash (I wash my hair every 2 days) and the color only lasted a week. That is completely unacceptable for a service like this.When I went back, one of the employees even admitted that the color should not have faded that quickly and helped me schedule a time to speak with the owner.
