Everything seemed to be fine. While i was waiting for my mom to get called in, I scrolled through the reviews. AND WOW.... Many complaints about Dr. Azar, so i was hoping we wouldnt get him. My mom gets called in and moments later she calls me in because she didnt understand what Dr. Azar was saying. She got referred by her doctor to come here to get consulting on her post hysterectomy. Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Waldron is a god-send to this clinic! She came from the Kaye Clinic in Edmonton where she was the head DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) Surgery Nurse for Parkinson's Disease where I got to know her over the last 5 years! She is literally my hero! She is kind, compassionate, a great listener, empathetic, and really cares about her patients and always goes above & beyond for her position! Alexa at the front desk was so sweet and caring. I was really appreciative that when I called, she managed to squeeze in an appointment for me before they closed, and she was just as kind in person. The clinic is very clean and they are very thorough. Unfortunately, the other staff member was quite dismissive, which was disappointing and really highlights how much kindness like Alexa’s is needed in healthcare.
