Nicole is very rude and unprofessional. How she is a manager is puzzling. Any time we call or go in for an appointment, Nicole is dreadful to deal with. A staff member made a mistake in scheduling and somehow she ended up blaming us. Extremely unhelpful and wastes your time. Leaving to find another clinic with staff who actually care.
We really like Dr. Fraser he has been great so far to deal with for our concerns. The one receptionist is a bit short on the phone but everyone else we’ve dealt with has been great.
Nurse Practitioner Michelle Waldron is a god-send to this clinic! She came from the Kaye Clinic in Edmonton where she was the head DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) Surgery Nurse for Parkinson's Disease where I got to know her over the last 5 years! She is literally my hero and I trust her with my life! She is kind, compassionate, a great listener, empathetic, and really cares about her patients and always goes above & beyond for her position! Very disappointing experience. I called looking for a female doctor because my family doctor is currently on vacation. The receptionist told me, “We don’t have a female doctor.” However, when I checked their website afterward, there were multiple female doctors listed. I found the interaction misleading and unhelpful. A courteous and accurate response would have been appreciated.
The receptionist declined scheduling an appointment for 15-week pregnant patient saying their wait list consists of a 1000 patients. Being sarcastic on the phone with the vulnerable patient is not professional. Very disappointing interaction.
