I love it at this clinic! Every single time it feels for welcoming especially when Lexa at the front desk is in. She’s always so sweet and helpful for anything and everything!
I cannot say enough amazing things about this clinic! From the welcoming ladies at the front who always seem to remember everyone by name, to our amazing nurse practitioner Michelle Waldron who not only advocates but is patient, encouraging and understanding, always greeting her patients with a smile! Finally to psychologist Dr.Sonny Ogbeide where words cannot begin to describe what an educated; mindful and down to earth person he is. I’ve been to this clinic a few times, and I’ve always had a great experience. Last night, I was there with my toddler and the two ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They helped me keep my little one entertained while we waited to be seen, and put a smile on her face when she had spent the whole day being sick. Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Erin Ridge Family Health Centre and got in right away. The front desk staff named Lexa was very nice and helpful.Her jolly and caring personality shows her dedication. Thank you Lexa for a best service.
Despite it being very far from home, I'm relieved to have finally found my new female GP here, who seems keen to listen and help. My only beef is having to drive 100's of kms from my home to get a simple drug authorization form that they themselves will fax to Blue Cross. Can't believe I have to attend an appointment in person for this simple administrative task. A 1/2 tank of gas, dangerous road conditions, and a $25 charge for the form, never mind, a waste of an appointment slot for the GP. Hey ho. Very good and helpful re... read more
