I went to see Erin for a master reset and everything exceeded my expectations. I had avoided going to salons for over a decade due to some bad experiences and anxiety, but Erin made me feel comfortable, was kind and friendly, listened to me and educated me on what is good for my scalp and hair. Erin did an excellent job on my hair. I am a natural brunette and I had her bleach my hair for the first time. Not only did she cut, style, and color my hair, but she also educated me on the matainence for it. In addition to this she supplied me with the proper product to maintain my ravish good looks... I love appointments with Erin, and wish I took before and after photos before I started going to see her! My hair is healthier than it's ever been and so long and shiny now, plus she does a great job giving me cute hair cuts and is also so fun to hang out with. Highly recommend, five stars! Best Ukiah hair salon!

Erin is absolutely perfect! she’s easy to get along with and made me feel completely comfortable. i loved the conversation we had and how my hair turned out even with little text and no idea what i wanted. i can’t wait to go back. i can also say 10/10 head massage too!
