Dr. Fiedler is kind, knowledgeable, treat patients with compassion.
I did not have a good experience with Erin. On a personal level, she is polite , her bedside manner is friendly and the patient intake form is well designed. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything positive about her professional abilities beyond that. The lack of quality care, diligence and overall disorganization were alarming. She sent in the wrong prescription on multiple occasions despite reminders, seemed as though she did not review my file before meeting and did not follow up. LOVE her!! For the first time in decades, I found a doctor that listens to my concerns! And, AND not only is she so pleasant and friendly, THE WHOLE STAFF IS!!! I have found my new permanent neurologist!!!
