Erin and her team helped us to sell our house in Springfield, OR recently. She was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. We liked working with her as she took time to listen to us, helped us to prep the house for the sale and never pushed for anything. She did the staging of the house herself, and the photography taken was great. Erin was our seller's agent when we sold our house in Eugene, Oregon. She sets the gold standard of what a realtor should be. She provided great recommendations for contractors, estate sale companies, etc. She did a top notch job at staging and photographing the house and making sure it was on all of the real estate platforms.
