First of all, the person who works in customer care, especially the receptionist, needs extra training. When a customer calls and says “good morning,” they should greet them properly and speak politely. They don’t show any expression or professionalism, which gives a very bad first impression. Somehow, I booked an appointment to check my brakes and other issues. When I explained my concerns on the phone, the person did not tell me that I would have to pay for the inspection. We had an amazing experience buying our first Lexus at Erin Park! Jason was extremely attentive to detail, never pushy, and truly customer-focused throughout the entire process. He also arranged a fantastic delivery experience with a large bow, great balloons, and even non-alcoholic champagne, which was a nice touch! Khaled was excellent during the delivery, and last but not least, Alexis was very helpful and professional with the financial side of the process. Overall, an outstanding team and a wonderful experience!
Went to get windshield wiper blades. Got sent to Toyota dealership down the road for parts. 1 didn't fit, asked for help and was told they weren't a Lexus dealership. Had to go back to Lexus. Went back to Lexus and was told it would be an hour to get someone to help. Couldn't wait so now have one good wiper and one useless one.
