The Lexus brand was introduced in 1991 when the LS400 and ES250 were unveiled in Canada. Erin Park Lexus Toyota was born and the Toyota store was expanded to include a distinct Lexus showroom. In 2004, Lexus was granted its own dealership just down the street from the original Toyota location. Erin Park Lexus has now grown to become one of the largest volume Lexus dealerships in the country.

Poor customer service, attitude is extremely entitled of workers there who I tried to get attention of. 2nd visit at this location and it’s just a bunch of people in grey shirts running around with no regard to the customers and especially to what the Lexus brand represents. Waited 15 minutes just to ask where the parts department is only to find out there isn’t one, which is quite astonishing. Will not return after this visit.
