After working with Erin, I can confidently say I have never had a more disappointing experience with a realtor. She contacted my husband and I regarding our house that her client was interested in which had been taken off the market. She told us to let her know if we ever wanted to sell. I had a very disappointing experience working with Erin Throughout the process, she came across as unprofessional and lacking empathy. She was listing a house for my ex husband a month after our divorced was finalized. Parts of that house were very sentimental to me which was expressed. All Erin cared about was using those pieces of the house to make a dollar. She will do whatever she needs to do in order to make her commission. Agents agree to work with criminals and money laundering Scum bags who stole my fathers money and house and estate. When I said the house is not for sale they still listed it. I will be suing this company for working with criminals and complaining to the DBPR about this in the coral gables office. Stay away from Johnathan Vega and Roxanna the manager who accepted to sell a house from a client who doesn’t own it and we the children of the owner are contesting in court! Complete con artist s****

Danyel was our realtor helping to sell my late mother's house. She was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond. She basically worked 24 hours per day and was available to me at any time. She offered, counteroffered, and whatever needed for us to sell the house at as much as possible. She was wonderful about communicating with my out of state siblings for signatures and worked really close with us. In the beginning, I chose her at random, but save yourself the trouble and choose her as your agent. -Dianne Swapp
