Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end
Erin and her staff are amazing, thorough, compassionate, efficient and understanding. I’m so glad I and my 96 year old mom found her. I’m going to grow old with her as my PMP.
Went in for my check up and everyone from the time I entered the building and doctor’s staff were very friendly. Dr. Erin Nguyen was exceptional. She was friendly, knowledgeable and explained options to me. I feel comfortable with her managing my health.
I have been going to this office for years. She is always professional, accurate, and makes you feel very comfortable. She is also friendly, fast, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and calming. Her staff is friendly, very helpfu, and returns calls promptly. She and her staff really fought for me when my insurance company didn't want to pay for my medication. They make me feel like family; a home away from home type of feeling, She makes going to the doctor a good experience.
When Dr Erin enters the room she Always Always is wearing a smile. What a great way to start an exam! Ive been going to her for some time now and there is No other PCP that I would rather have. If there Is something wrong she doesn't sugar coat the issue. Dr Erin has a way about her that is Truthful and at the same time Super caring and understanding! I just Love her. Her staff is great also!
All of our (Mary Green also) visits have been prompt, thorough, and present in a way that is easy to understand.
Dr. Nguyen is always thorough and takes the time to listen to you if you have questions or concerns. She is always smiling and has a pleasant personality and demeanor. If you want a physician that checks alll the boxes she is the one!
Went in for new patient visit. Went great. Listened to my concerns, made lots of notes. Very open and friendly. Took great care of me.
Dr. Nguyen has made every effort to know who her parients are and their specific needs. She and her staff are very pleasant to work with and go above and beyond to treat my entire family.
