If I could give Erin Guerreri, CRNP zero stars, I would. She is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. After an extensive 8 hour back surgery she denied her patient adequate pain relief. After her patient inquired about breakthrough pain medication she refused to medicate her and proceeded to look up the patient on the PA prescription drug monitoring program.
